Model Description
Launched in 2006 the huge, 1854cc ‘Wild Star’ is Yamaha’s biggest cruiser to date which, mixed with some fairly extreme, ‘art deco’ inspired styling gives it a presence quite unlike any previous Japanese cruiser. That said, it’s low and stable, relatively easy to manage all told, its power delivery is grunty and predictable (it’s the same engine as used in the MT-01) and you get a hell of a lot of bike for your money – especially when buying used.
