Model Description
Again, like Suzuki’s VS and VL cruiser families, this is the junior, middleweight version of an existing machine – in this case the 1800 Marauder. Introduced in 1997 unfortunately, however, in this case the ‘downsizing’ isn’t quite as successful. With less of its bigger brother’s presence and high spec, to keep prices down, and, most importantly, just 50bhp when its bigger brother is a true, rip-snorting hot rod, it comes over as a bit feeble and disappointing.
