Model Description
Full-bore, 1462cc chopper-styled, V-twin cruiser delivers plenty over its junior 800cc sibling in terms of weight and size, but actually little in terms of peak power – it produces just 67bhp compared to the 800’s 52. Instead, what it delivers is presence and huge, grunty torque. 1500 version was a successor to the original 1980s 1400 version and the main improvements are, not to the engine, but to the twin shock chassis – and for a bike of this type it handles reasonably well and is good value, too. Just don’t expect an experience as authentic and envied as that from a genuine American machine.
