Model Description
Like 2007’s GSF1250 was to the preceding GSF1200, in both its guises, so the same year’s GSF650 was to the original 600. Basically, ever-tightening European emissions regulations forced the demise of the original 600 Bandit in 2006. Such was its popularity, however, that Suzuki chose to replace it with an updated version powered by an all new, cleaner, liquid-cooled and now 656cc version. At the same time, again as with the 1250, the chassis was mildly improved, too. Hugely practical and great value but not as revolutionary as the original.
