Model Description
Launched at the same time as the Audace, the Eldorado 1400 is similarly a more stylized variant of the California 1400 on which both are based. Where the Audace is a blacked-out, pared-down hotrod, though, the Eldorado is a more traditional, ‘chromed-up’ cruiser complete with wire wheels, whitewall tyres and pullback, ‘buckhorn’ handlebars. As it’s based on California 1400 running gear, the Eldorado is a decent, torque, good-handling and well-equipped – if heavy – V-twin cruiser. But if you like your custom bikes Italian rather than American you won’t be disappointed.
