Model Description
21st century big Guzzi roadsters don’t get more classic than this. Forget the ‘Sport’ name for a moment, instead the 1200 Sport has all the classic Guzzi features of big (1151cc), transversely-mounted, air-cooled, V-twin with shaft drive but this time in a pleasing, semi-retro, roadster chassis that’s halfway between the Breva and Griso models and comes with the usual, decent, Brembo brakes and Marzocchi suspension. Although uprated from 95bhp to 105bhp in 2008, it’s too big and heavy to be a credible sportster but is still pleasing and macho.
