Model Description
The KTM 530 EXC and 530 XC enduros were launched following the smaller 448cc 505s for those riders who wanted the biggest, most powerful, most aggressive enduro machines around. As such the 530s are powered by a revised version of the 510cc LC4 engine but with updated chassis, bodywork and cycle parts. Two versions were available: the road legal, lights-equipped 530 EXC and the competition only, lighter 530 XC. The former also came in higher specification ‘530 EXC Six Days’ form, as designed to celebrate the International Six Days Enduro, or ISDE, with different seat, exhaust and other upgrades.
