Model Description
The KTM Freeride E-SM is a pioneering, electric-powered trail bike that so far may be too expensive and impractical to be hugely popular but it is nonetheless impressive and capable. The single-speed motor is watercooled, has switchable riding modes and produces a peak bhp equivalent of 21bhp, making it a credible off-road fun bike. While the chassis, being typical KTM with quality WP suspension and more, is just as capable. Unfortunately, its range in full power mode is only 20 miles, limited its practicality. Nevertheless it’s one of the best signs yet of what is to come.
