Model Description
If you thought adventure bikes were all massive, overweight, globetrotters, think again. Before its 950cc V-twin Adventure inn 2004, the KTM 640 Adventure was the definitive, middleweight, road-legal, ‘go-anywhere’ machine inspired by its original LC4 Rallye desert racer. Like that bike it’s powered by a 600+cc liquid-cooled single in a tall, off-road, Dakar-style chassis. The result is an OK road bike that beats all other ‘adventures’ off-road. Sometimes called the LC4 Adventure KTM also built a higher specification ‘R’ version as well.
