Model Description
Built between 1996 and 2004 (it has since been replaced by the VN900), the VN800 was the definitive Japanese middleweight cruiser of its day. Its 805cc V-twin engine was reliable, perky and yet smooth, strong and consistent; the ride was stable and yet sharp enough around town and it was comfortable, reliable, good looking and well equipped. If you want a middleweight Japan cruiser from the era or for a budget price, you won’t find many better.
