Model Description
Built from 2006 to 2008 the VN1600 Classic, as its name suggests, was essentially a bigger-bore successor to the long-lived VN1500. As such, it displaced 1552 and featured fuel injection for the first time, although peak power was hardly affected. If you like your cruisers big, US style, squidgy, torque and heavy with ‘50s style fat tyres front and rear, you won’t be disappointed and the Kawasaki is executed better than most, but there’s no getting away from the fact that it can’t match a Harley’s authenticity, good value though.
