Model Description
Shaft-drive, liquid-cooled, 647 V-twin roadster was built between 1988 and 1997 and came in a variety of guises. In punchy ‘Bros’ spec it was a grey import only but was solid, saucy and great value. The official UK offering, though, was the slightly softer ‘Revere’. Even so, on top of its practicality, durability and economy it had an eager, cheeky character that meant it was also fun to ride. Not the sexiest of V-twin roadsters and also now quite few and far between. But find a good one and they’re cheap, solid and useful.
