Model Description
Novice-friendly, 125cc, A1 licence-compliant, cruiser-style learner machine was built between 1995 and 1999 and based around, not the usual four-stroke single but, surprisingly, Honda’s old air-cooled CB125T parallel twin motor from the early 1980s. As such it’s not bad, with most of the right bits in the right places – especially, due to the ultra low seat, if you’re short. But it’s also a bit old-fashioned and crude. Cheap and cheerful, yes, but Honda’s own (and admittedly pricier) VT125 Shadow V-twin from 1997 to 2007 is a much better performer and all round machine.
