Model Description
Aprilia’s big adventure bike was a late arrival to the category when launched in 2013 and was discontinued after failing to meet Euro4 in 2017 but the big Caponord remains a better bike than its short life span suggests. It’s based around the same, punchy, 125bhp V-twin as used in the 1200 Dorsoduro supermoto and, with 17-inch wheels, sporty brakes and semi-active suspension has no real off-road ability. But as a tall road bike it’s brisk and handles well, has decent electronics including traction control, ABS and rider modes and is well-equipped too.
